mix business look – Steve Madden, Charles & Keith, Tissot, Tommy Hilfiger

After taking a break for a couple of days because of New Years Eve & the first day of the year, it was a working weekend for me. So, I decided to mix the vibe that day. Since it was a working Sunday, I ensured I flaunt a mix business look. I wore a formal look (well, partially) with a black formal outfit. I teamed up the LBD or my formal little black dress with the winter essential like a warm faux fur coat to beat the cold which is definitely chic but not-too-formal.

Since it was the first Sunday after the new year 2015, the mood was still festive. So I felt that the animal printed faux fur coat was apt to show the casual and joyful side in an otherwise serious working day look in black v-neck satin skater dress. To add up to it, I picked an animal printed high heel pumps from Charles & Keith and animal printed clutch from Steve Madden here. I made sure while working on a Sunday, I display a fashion forward look in the presence of a formal vibe.  The mix business look here perfectly maintains a get-up for professional meet-ups with a touch of casual mood. However, the accessories I have picked in this look i.e, a silver chain watch from Tissot and a sqare frame sunnies from Tommy Hilfiger look pretty neutral in approach and goes perfect with a look pointing more at the formal side.
